Delivery of goods is provided for the territory of the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan.
The Seller reserves the right to coordinate and clarify the order data with the Customer by phone. If it is impossible to contact the Customer within two (2) days, the Order made by the client shall be canceled, the money shall be returned by the Seller to the bank account, from which the payment was made.The order delivery date is indicated in the Order Confirmation.
The date depends on the availability of theordered Goods in the Seller's warehouse and the time required to process and deliver the Order.The Customer undertakes to receive the Order within the agreed delivery time.
The delivery of the Goods is carried out by Armadillo Business Parcel, JSC, by land, air, sea and rivertransport (hereinafter - the Transport Company, the Courier Service). Delivery costs shall be borne by theSeller. Transfer of the Goods to the Transport company for delivery to the Buyer is carried out only afterreceipt of the full cost of the Goods to the Seller's account.
At the request of the Buyer, the Goods can be delivered to a third party (the Recipient). The Buyerundertakes to inform the Seller about it at the time of placing the order in the "Comments" column withthe name, address, and telephone number.
The Goods are delivered to the Buyer (Recipient) in person or an authorized person at the addressspecified by the Buyer in the order.The representative of the Transport company shall contact the Buyer (Recipient) to specify the time ofdelivery of the Goods. The representative of the Transport Company is entitled to consider the person accepting the order onbehalf of the Buyer (Recipient) at the specified address, duly authorized without providing a power ofattorney and an identification document.
Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer (Recipient) has the right to open the parcel and check its content.The fitting, as well as the return of the unsuitable Goods to the transport service personnel is notprovided.
Simultaneously with the transfer of the Goods, the representative of the Transport company submits anonline check or other document confirming payment for the Goods, a consignment note, all informationabout the Goods, warranties, a use and care label (hereinafter - Information about the Goods), Informationabout the procedure and terms of return of the Goods (hereinafter - the Related documents) (can beattached to the Goods).
By signing the document on the receipt of the Goods, the Buyer confirms the integrity of the packaging,the proper condition of the Goods, the receipt of the Related Documents.
In the absence of the Buyer, the Recipient, their representatives at the place of receipt of the Goods atthe agreed time, refusal of delivery (before the package is opened), the representative of the Transportservice shall return the Goods to the Seller. The Seller refunds the Buyer the payment of the Goods, lessthe Seller's expenses for the delivery and return of the Goods. Refunds are made no later than threebanking days from the receipt of the returned Goods by the Seller.
Ownership of the Goods, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to the Customer at the time of acceptance of the Goods. Confirmation of the transfer of ownership of the Goods shall be the signature of the Customer in the consignment note issued by the Seller or the Courier Service
