The terms describe the procedure for the return of the Goods purchased on the Website.
Return of the Goods purchased at retail stores is carried out in a different course.
The buyer has the right to reject the Goods at any time prior to its transfer, at the time of delivery of the goods by the courier and after its transfer - within 7 calendar days.
Return of the Goods of proper quality is possible in case its marketable state, seals, factory labels, original packaging, consumer properties are preserved, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions for the purchase of the specified Goods.
If there is a dispute about the reasons for the occurrence of deficiencies, the fact of the use of the goods and the preservation of its marketable state, an independent examination of the goods shall be carried out.
The Buyer does not have the right to reject goods of proper quality, having individually defined properties.
Return of the Goods of inadequate quality is possible in time and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Refund of the amount paid by the Buyer shall be effected in the same way as the Payment of the Goods, no later than ten (10) days from the date the Buyer submits the relevant request. The date of the Buyer's request for a refund shall be the date of receipt of the returned Goods by the Seller and confirmation of the preservation of its marketable state and consumer properties, and in case of return of the Goods of inadequate quality, the date of receipt of the Goods by the Seller, subject to availability of confirmation of its inadequate quality.
Return of the Goods (both proper and inadequate quality) is carried out by submitting an application to the Seller's Customer Center by phone: +7 495 10570 25 or by e-mail: email@example.com. The Customer Center applies for a cargo pick-up to the representative of the Transport Company, who will coordinate the date of arrival of the courier with the customer and other conditions. Contacting other transport companies does not guarantee the safety of the goods and their proper delivery. By using other courier services, the Buyer is responsible for the proper execution of obligations by such services and safety of the goods.
The application for return of the Goods shall be filled in the form provided by the Customer Center, electronically or attached to the returned Goods, signed by the Buyer.
Return of the Goods can also be carried out personally to the address: 2 Verkhnyaya Krasnosel'skaya street, Moscow, daily from 12:00 p.m. to 07:00 p.m.
The Customer shall return the Goods with all parts and full set of accessories specified in the documentation for the Goods. The Returned Goods shall be packed in a safe way for delivery.
In case of return of proper quality goods, the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer. In case of return of inadequate quality goods, the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Seller.
The Seller shall refund money to the Buyer deducting the costs of transporting the Goods of proper quality. The representative of the Transport company informs the customer about the cost of transportation at the time of the return.
Goods of proper quality, which are no subject to return or exchange for a similar product of other size, shape, dimension, style, color or set:
Tailored and knitted products (linen and hosiery);
Products made of precious metals, with precious stones, of precious metals with attachment of semiprecious and synthetic stones, faceted with precious stones;
Other goods included in the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.
The Goods of inadequate quality are goods that have deficiencies and can not fully serve in their intended functions.
The difference in design, from that declared in the description on the Website, the discrepancy of the shades shall not be considered a deficiency or non-functionality of the Goods.
