Ordering

The Sales order is drawn up by the Client on the website or with the help of a customer service manager.

Upon making an order independently or with the help of a customer service manager, the Client agrees for disclosure and processing of personal data by the Seller and of information on the Order or Orders, and agrees to comply with the Terms of Sale of Goods by making entries in the corresponding columns in an order form on the website.

Upon making an order from Europe and CIS countries, the order price does not include taxes and customs duties. The Client pays for them separately upon receipt of the order. 

Upon completing the Order, the Client receives the status information about his Order including the cost of goods, delivery and other services (in case these services are paid) to the e-mail address notified by the Customer.

An order is considered to be accepted after the Client receives an e-mail, confirming the fact of Order acceptance, at the e-mail address notified in the registration form. 

Upon completing the Order, the Buyer is provided with information about the delivery date of the Order to the Client. The specified date depends on the availability of the ordered Goods in stock and the time required for processing and delivery of the Order.
