These Terms of Sale of the goods (hereinafter - the Terms, the Offer), as well as the information about the Goods submitted on the Website, are a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and Part 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
By ordering the Goods through the Website, when placing the Order by phone, the Client confirms acquaintance, understanding, acceptance and unconditional consent to these Terms and Conditions set out below.
Sale of the Goods is regulated by:

Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No.612 "On Approval of Regulations on Goods Sale by Remote Methods" dd. 27.09.2007,
Decree of the Government No. 55 "On approval of the Regulations for sale of certain types of goods, list of durable goods, which are no subject to the buyer's demand for gratuitous provision for the period of repair or replacement of a similar product, list of non-food goods of appropriate quality, not returned or exchanged for a similar product of other size, shape, dimension, style, color or configuration." dd. 19.01.1998.
The Seller is entitled to introduce amendments in these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. The amendments come into effect after they are published on the Website and apply to any Order placed after publication.
All textual information and graphic images of goods placed on the Website are the property of the Seller or its counterparties. Viewing information or printing pages from the Website is allowed only for personal use.

Delivery of goods is provided for the territory of the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan.
The Seller has the right to unilaterally limit the number of items in one order, the cost of one order, the form of possible payment for the order, and the number of orders that are simultaneously sent to the same address to one Customer.
Registration on the Website
To process Orders, the Customer needs to register on the Website (create an account) and place an order independently or with the help of a service specialist in ways accessible to customers of the respective countries.
The Seller shall not be liable for any failure to execute the Order (delay in execution) due to provision or indication of inaccurate or unreliable information by the Buyer about itself.
The Customer shall not disclose the login and password specified during registration to third parties. In the event that the Client has suspicions regarding the security of its login and password or the possibility of unauthorized use of its account by third parties, the Client should notify the Seller immediately about this through the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone of the customer service + 7 495 105 70 25 from 12:00 p.m. to 07:00 p.m. Moscow time. Before the Seller takes action concerning the issue, the Customer can change the password on its own.
The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally delete the Customer's account on the Website or restrict access to the Website through an account if there is a suspicion of its compromising or using for mass mailings (spam).
Ordering. Payment for the Goods. Order Confirmation.
The Customer makes an Order by itself through the Website or through the Customer Center (by phone).
The Buyer makes 100% advance payment for the Goods.
When ordering through the Website:
The Buyer makes 100% advance payment for the Goods online. After that, the Seller sends the Buyer a confirmation of the order with the information about the Goods, other parameters of the order (the cost of goods, delivery and other services, in cases where these services are paid) to the e-mail address specified by the Seller (hereinafter - the Order Confirmation).
When ordering through the Customer Center (by phone):
The Customer Center formalizes the order and sends an invoice and information about the Goods to the e-mail address specified by the Customer.
The invoice issued by the Seller contains the term of payment. In case of payment later than this period, the Seller does not guarantee the availability of the Goods or its cost. The link to the payment page of the bank is valid for the time specified in the letter containing that link.
After receipt of payment, the Seller sends the Order Confirmation to the Buyer through the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.
If additional, unintended (exceeding the standard cost of delivery of the Goods in the territory of the Russian Federation) delivery, customs clearance costs of the Goods, including taxes, customs duties are applied the Seller shall notify the Customer of such additional costs and their amount within two days. The Customer has the right to pay such additional costs or to cancel the order.
Payment shall be made by the Buyer by a credit card through the online cashier (order through the Website) or by the e-invoice issued (order through the Customer Center). If payment by a credit card is impossible, it shall be made by cashless fund transfer to the Seller's bank account. Payment in cash, or through payment terminals, using alternative means of payment, is not provided.
Types of credit cards accepted for payment: Visa, MasterCard.
The payment shall be made in rubles. The payment system may charge additional costs for currency conversion.
The payment for the Goods by the Buyer and the receipt of funds to the Seller's settlement account, which is also the moment of receipt by the Seller of the Buyer's intention to purchase the Goods shall be the moment of conclusion of the contract of retail sale and its entry into force. By carrying out the payment for the Goods, the Buyer confirms its agreement with the Offer, the order of payment, the terms of delivery and return of the Goods, as well as confirms that the specified properties of the Goods correspond to its order.
The Seller does not collect or save the Buyer's payment information (including the number of the credit card, the issuing bank, its validity period, secret code, etc.).
The Order is considered accepted by the Seller after the Customer receives the message with the Order Confirmation in the e-mail address specified in the registration form.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Order at the Confirmation stage of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to coordinate and clarify the order data with the Customer by phone. If it is impossible to contact the Customer within two (2) days, the Order made by the client shall be canceled, the money shall be returned by the Seller to the bank account, from which the payment was made.
The order delivery date is indicated in the Order Confirmation. The date depends on the availability of the ordered Goods in the Seller's warehouse and the time required to process and deliver the Order.
In case of the absence of ordered goods in full or in part in the Seller's warehouse, the Seller contacts the Buyer through the means indicated in the Order.
The Buyer informs the Seller either about the consent to accept the Goods in a different quantity or to cancel the Order.
If it is impossible to contact the Customer or there is no reply from the latter within two (2) days, the Order may be fully canceled by the Seller, the Seller sends an email to the Customer's address specified during registration informing about the cancellation.
The funds are returned by the Seller to the bank account, from which the payment was made.
The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price for the Goods before the Order Confirmation without warning.
The Customer undertakes to provide a copy of the passport of the owner of the credit card upon request by the Seller (two pages: the back page with a photo and a stamp of registration at the place of permanent residence - passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation) or other identification document in accordance with the law of the country of the Buyer, copy of the credit card on both sides (with the last four digits displayed) in accordance with the Rules of International Payment Systems, for the purposes of verification of the identity of the owner and its eligibility to use the card. The Seller has the right to cancel the Order if the specified documents are not submitted, or if there are doubts about their authenticity.
The Seller has the right to cancel the Order for the reasons indicated above, or without giving any reasons.
The funds are returned by the Seller to the bank account, from which the payment was made.
Delivery of goods
The Customer undertakes to receive the Order within the agreed delivery time.
The delivery of the Goods is carried out by Armadillo Business Parcel, JSC, by land, air, sea and river transport (hereinafter - the Transport Company, the Courier Service). Delivery costs shall be borne by the Seller. Transfer of the Goods to the Transport company for delivery to the Buyer is carried out only after receipt of the full cost of the Goods to the Seller's account.
At the request of the Buyer, the Goods can be delivered to a third party (the Recipient). The Buyer undertakes to inform the Seller about it at the time of placing the order in the "Comments" column with the name, address, and telephone number.
The Goods are delivered to the Buyer (Recipient) in person or an authorized person at the address specified by the Buyer in the order.
The representative of the Transport company shall contact the Buyer (Recipient) to specify the time of delivery of the Goods.
The representative of the Transport Company is entitled to consider the person accepting the order on behalf of the Buyer (Recipient) at the specified address, duly authorized without providing a power of attorney and an identification document.
Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer (Recipient) has the right to open the parcel and check its content. The fitting, as well as the return of the unsuitable Goods to the transport service personnel is not provided.
Simultaneously with the transfer of the Goods, the representative of the Transport company submits an online check or other document confirming payment for the Goods, a consignment note, all information about the Goods, warranties, a use and care label (hereinafter - Information about the goods), Information about the procedure and terms of return of goods (hereinafter - the Related documents) (can be attached to the Goods).
By signing the document on the receipt of the Goods, the Buyer confirms the integrity of the packaging, the proper condition of the Goods, the receipt of the Related Documents.
In the absence of the Buyer, the Recipient, their representatives at the place of receipt of the Goods at the agreed time, refusal of delivery (before the package is opened), the representative of the Transport service shall return the Goods to the Seller. The Seller refunds the Buyer the payment of the Goods, less the Seller's expenses for the delivery and return of the Goods. Refunds are made no later than three banking days from the receipt of the returned Goods by the Seller.
Ownership of the Goods, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to the Customer at the time of acceptance of the Goods. Confirmation of the transfer of ownership of the Goods shall be the signature of the Customer in the consignment note issued by the Seller or the Courier Service.
The sold footwear has a guarantee of 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated in the Related document provided to the Client. For seasonal goods (clothing, furs, footwear and other goods), the warranty period is counted from the time of the relevant season, the date for which is determined by the authorized constituent unit of the subject of the Russian Federation, based on the climatic conditions of the location of buyers.
Return of goods
The terms describe the procedure for the return of the Goods purchased on the Website. Return of the Goods purchased at retail stores is carried out in a different course.
The buyer has the right to reject the Goods at any time prior to its transfer, at the time of delivery of the goods by the courier and after its transfer - within 7 calendar days.
Return of the Goods of proper quality is possible in case its marketable state, seals, factory labels, original packaging, consumer properties are preserved, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions for the purchase of the specified Goods.
If there is a dispute about the reasons for the occurrence of deficiencies, the fact of the use of the goods and the preservation of its marketable state, an independent examination of the goods shall be carried out.
The Buyer does not have the right to reject goods of proper quality, having individually defined properties.
Return of the Goods of inadequate quality is possible in time and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Refund of the amount paid by the Buyer shall be effected in the same way as the Payment of the Goods, no later than ten (10) days from the date the Buyer submits the relevant request. The date of the Buyer's request for a refund shall be the date of receipt of the returned Goods by the Seller and confirmation of the preservation of its marketable state and consumer properties, and in case of return of the Goods of inadequate quality, the date of receipt of the Goods by the Seller, subject to availability of confirmation of its inadequate quality.
Return of the Goods (both proper and inadequate quality) is carried out by submitting an application to the Seller's Customer Center by phone: + 7 495 105 70 25 or by e-mail: email@example.com.
The Customer Center applies for a cargo pick-up to the representative of the Transport Company, who will coordinate the date of arrival of the courier with the customer and other conditions. Contacting other transport companies does not guarantee the safety of the goods and their proper delivery. By using other courier services, the Buyer is responsible for the proper execution of obligations by such services and safety of the goods.
The application for return of the Goods shall be filled in the form provided by the Customer Center, electronically or attached to the returned Goods, signed by the Buyer.
Return of the Goods can also be carried out personally to the address: 2 Verkhnyaya Krasnosel'skaya street, Moscow, daily from 12:00 p.m. to 07:00 p.m.
The Customer shall return the Goods with all parts and full set of accessories specified in the documentation for the Goods. The Returned Goods shall be packed in a safe way for delivery.
In case of return of proper quality goods, the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer. In case of return of inadequate quality goods, the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Seller.
The Seller shall refund money to the Buyer deducting the costs of transporting the Goods of proper quality. The representative of the Transport company informs the customer about the cost of transportation at the time of the return.
Goods of proper quality, which are no subject to return or exchange for a similar product of other size, shape, dimension, style, color or set:
Tailored and knitted products (linen and hosiery);
Products made of precious metals, with precious stones, of precious metals with attachment of semiprecious and synthetic stones, faceted with precious stones;
Other goods included in the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.
The Goods of inadequate quality are goods that have deficiencies and can not fully serve in their intended functions.
The difference in design, from that declared in the description on the Website, the discrepancy of the shades shall not be considered a deficiency or non-functionality of the Goods.
Confidentiality and Protection of the Customers' personal data.
The Seller acknowledges the importance of confidentiality of the personal information provided by the Buyer.
The Seller ensures the confidentiality of personal data of the Buyer in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.
By making an order for the Goods, creating an account, the Buyer gives the Seller consent to the processing of its personal data specified in the order, the account, by any means permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including cross-border transfer, for the purposes of executing the contract of retail sale with the right to transfer such data to the Transport Company in teh amount, required for the delivery of the Goods.
The Buyer also gives the Seller consent to use the data to send the Buyer advertising information about the Seller, its products and services, conduct electronic and SMS polls, conduct contests and other promotions, analyze the results of marketing actions, monitor customer satisfaction with the quality of the services provided by the Seller. Such consent shall be valid for an indefinite period until it is withdrawn by the Buyer.
When registering on the Website or giving information to a Customer service specialist by phone, the Buyer shall provide Ulyana Sergeyenko, LLC, with the following information: Name, surname, email address, gender, date of birth, phone number, address for delivery of the Goods, social media accounts. During the return of the Goods, the Buyer shall provide passport data and credit card details for refunding by the Seller. The Seller has the right to use this information to fulfill its obligations to the Buyer, including by providing information to third parties on the basis of an agreement in order to comply with obligations towards the Buyer or the requirements of legislation.
The Buyers, as well as persons visiting the Website, agree that for the purpose of conducting market research, generating analytical reports and other marketing activities, the Seller may entrust third parties the processing of personal data, such as: Date of birth, e-mail address, accounts in social networks, information about the history of purchases, information about the interests on the basis of an agreement concluded with such persons, provided that the requirements of the RF legislation on ensuring the confidentiality of personal data and the safety of personal data are processed.

The relations between the Buyer, visitors of the Website and the Seller are subject to the laws of the Russian Federation.
